No air-conditioning throughout the night, told it was an issue with the whole building and given a fan, but this did nothing, so no sleep for 4 nights. Hotel was looking tired in the communal areas. Family room was spacious and modern, but no coffee making facilities.

It's not a luxurious hotel but it's enough for a short stay. The AC was non existent and the bathroom had a couple of issues (broken seat, high pressure showerhead). There's no coffee machine or boiler in the room. However, the bus service near the hotel was amazing. Also, the city tax was EXHORBITANT and way higher than any other city we have traveled to.

Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Die Lage ist (noch) gut. Ich hatte es mir anhand der Karte zentraler vorgestellt. Bei 7 Tagen Aufenthalt kommt man doch nicht umhin, gelegentlich mit dem Taxi ins Zentrum zu fahren. Aber das funktioniert sehr gut. Das Frühstück war für uns nicht akzeptabel. Aber direkt gegenüber gibt es eine tolle Bar mit ausgezeichnetem Angebot zu moderaten Preisen.

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 gg. Aria condizionata non funzionante . Scendeva poca acqua dai rubinetti dei bagni. Un anta delle persiane non si apriva . Pavimentazione con moquette sporca e molto consumata. Il personale della sala colazione poco educata. Mancanza di asciugamani del viso una volta richiesti ci hanno risposto che erano terminati perché non vi erano state consegnate.

Awesome experience! I was in Rome for a conference, and couldn't find a Hotel. Turned out I've found Priscilla and I went with very low expectations, but it turned out to be great for a 3 star hotel. My bedroom was clean and quiet and the location is FANTASTIC! If you're a tourist you won't mind a walk to the center, and to the station. Great breakfast options, and some museums and gardens nearby. Worth staying. Highly recommend.

Definitely NOT a 7/10 hotel
I get that this hotel is supposed to be quaint and rustic feeling. That said, the water pressure was tragically terrible. I couldn't take a real shower my entire stay. The air conditioner also didn't work at all. The bed was rock hard. I have a very firm mattress at home, and this bed felt like concrete. Some of the amenities listed on hotels.com don't actually exist (tour booking for example). The staff was very friendly. The location felt safe. The housekeeping did a good job. But, I'm not sure how this hotel maintains a 3* rating. It is a 2* anywhere in the United States.

Older hotel but in reasonable condition. Good location for buses around the city and easily walkable to some sights. Warm water for shower over bath. Good secondary glazing keeps most noise out from busy street. Plenty of choice to eat and drink close by and small supermarket on the street. Some in room drinks facilities would help.

Bom lugar considerando custo beneficio
O hotel tem uma estrutura antiga, elevador com a porta sanfonada e moveis de madeira por exemplo. Apesar disso a limpeza e arrumação do quarto era diaria, trocavam as toalhas com frequencia, nao tivemos problemas com barulhos, chuveiro demorava um pouco mas esquentava bem, no nosso quarto tinha ate um frigobar bem antigo tbm mas que funcionava. A facilidade do secador no quarto é um diferencial que muitos hoteis caros nao tem e à localização e muito boa, perto de bons restaurantes, mercados e pontos turisticos. Foram sempre gentis na recepção e acho que o preco esta ok pelo que foi ofertado, levando em conta que nao consegui outras ofertas semelhantes com a vantagem da localização.
