Lovely Resort
We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Grand Palladium All-Inclusive Resort in Mexico! From start to finish, everything was incredible—the beautiful resort, the fantastic pools, the delicious food and drinks, and the engaging evening entertainment. A special shoutout to the team at the Kids Club for making this trip so memorable for our family! Our kids had an absolute blast with all the fun activities, including crafts, games, puppet shows, cooking classes, pool games, and so much more. The team members—Ivonne, Jessi, Nicol, Luz, Reyna, and Sara—were so kind, attentive, and creative. It was such a relief knowing our kids were in great hands while we had some time to relax. Thank you, Grand Palladium, for such a wonderful experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Our experience at this hotel was disappointing. The staff was unfriendly and unaccommodating, which made our stay far from pleasant. The food quality was mediocre at best, lacking the variety and flavor we’ve experienced at other all-inclusive resorts. Despite being only 8 years old, the property appeared run down and poorly maintained. Additionally, the air conditioning was inadequate, making it difficult to stay comfortable. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences we’ve had in terms of customer service.

Nice property. Food was ok. Drinks watered down for the most part. They dropped our luggage in water and we had to fight them for a credit. They ended up giving us complementary spa passes. They call you at 9:30 am just to check on you but in reality we needed to sleep in. Also got food poisoning on one of the days. Can’t pinpoint what it was exactly.

I use to love Grand Palladium Brand, and we had a lovely time and experience in October 2023. Our most recent trip, stay at Family Selection Grand Palladium, was not pleasant at all. The customer service was horrible and I had to contact front desk twice due to the lack of customer service . We didn't get assigned a butler, until being at the resort over 12 hours. We will never stay again!

Amazing Stay at Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort & Spa I recently had an unforgettable stay at Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort & Spa, and everything was fantastic. The room was spacious, modern, with a stunning ocean view, a super comfortable bed, and a very well-equipped bathroom. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the service was attentive. The spa, in particular, provided a truly relaxing experience. The resort has several pools, a clean private beach, and a variety of entertainment activities. The food was delicious, especially the seafood and Mexican cuisine at La Adelita restaurant.
