True Key West vibe!

Very nice property with beautiful landscaping. The staff was outstanding. Just one note-there were a bunch of kids in the pool even though this a advertised as "adults only" . Not a problem for us but some people might be disappointed if they truly wanted an "adults only" experience. I would definitely stay here again!

Poolside Bar

Everything was good other than the bar. I felt like it could have been a better experience if the staff at the bar were more welcoming. The beer was served mostly warm everyday I was there which was a huge bust for my family and I. Not allowing us to bring a cooler with our own beverages by the pool made things unpleasant when we were forced to drink warm beers on the pool side.

Tydelig at hotellet er under arbeid. En hel rad med hotellrom var sperret av med presenning. Uheldigvis var vårt rom det siste og nærmest disse, noe som gjorde opplevelsen av rommet dårlig. Ubehagelig og gå inn på rommet. Hadde vindu og dør på hjørnet mot en vegg, så dårlig beliggenhet generelt. Veldig lite og trangt rom, alt for lite for familie på 4 personer med baggasje. Dårlig stand på badet, flere hull i veggen. Rommet lå over vaskerommet, så rommet ristet når sentrifugen i vaskemaskinene holdt på. A/C på rommet bråket også enormt - klarte nesten ikke sove pga bråket. Blåste veldig kaldt rett på oss, klarte ikke justere den ned. Greit bassengområde og muligheter for utendørs-spill. Men vær forberedt på frittgående høner/haner og mange iguaner rundt bassenget. Litt sjarmerende, men ikke helt hygienisk. De stjal mat/drikke når det var mulighet for det. Mye rusk i bassenget fra alle palmene rundt. Fungerte i utgangspunktet greit med gratis buss til og fra sentrum, men opplevde 2 ganger at vi måtte vente rundt 1 time på bussen til tross for at de sa den skulle gå hver halvtime. Var ikke noen spisesteder i området, måtte ned til sentrum. Ville ikke bodd her igjen.

The room was nice but the king size bed was totally worn out, it sagged so much it was probably 4-5” lower in the middle. The room doors slam shut so sometimes the neighbors can be loud.

Um Hotel de Estilo em Key West

Em Key west não faltam locais de nivel onde ficar. Contudo este Havana Cabana é um misto de charme , conforto, estilo , design etc. serviço super atenciosos e piscina imbativel . excelente bar e pequeno almoço que não "escalda " nos preços. Transfer muito conveniente para o centro da cidade onde é um problema estacionar ... Estacionamento no local gratuito e muito conveniente

A “whelming” experience

It was a fine experience and they provided a comfortable stay as far as hotels go, but I would temper any expectations related to the “resort” aspect of the place. Yes, they have a very pretty pool, a bar with a free drink during your stay, and they might even have free smoothies at noon if you’re lucky… they also don’t have a free breakfast, have limited hours and availability regarding their scooter rentals (the attendant is not always available), don’t have a sufficient number of parking spaces, and are NOT 21+ as was advertised. The age restriction was the most confusing- given the free alcoholic beverage, the table with free condoms and lubricant, and the “Love Island” aesthetic of the place, it certainly appeared to be 21+. They even sent an email that stated our reservation could be cancelled if we had someone under 21, which is crazy given the number of children that were staying there. No problem with kids, but the juxtaposition was contrasting to say the least. Staff are fine- they do their job. I don’t know that their customer service skills were worth the resort fee, but alas. If you’re wanting a resort to spend the majority of your time at and to enjoy all the perks, I can’t speak on if this will satisfy- we spent most of our time away. If you just want beds to sleep in and a shower to wash off, it works. Don’t plan on going to bed too early though- the kids were still in the pool at 11pm, and the music was still blasting.

Wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt! Das Zimmer war groß, sauber, schön eingerichtet und die Poollandschaft draußen war genial. An der Bar gibt es tolle Cocktails und sehr gutes Essen. Wenn man in die Stadt oder zum Strand möchte, gibt es zudem jeweils kostenlose Shuttlebusse. Wirklich ein tolles Hotel, würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Great stay

Place was great this is the 2nd time staying here. Staff is awesome, place is super clean and the pool is amazing, only issue was says it’s adults only but it’s not had a bunch of kid running around the pool and that’s fine, jyst was under the impression it was adults only.
