The hotel staff is nice, the room is good, breakfast is not bad. & I have upgraded to a bigger room. Just one incident, the 1st day when I arrived, suppose there's shuttle bus pick me up. However, I walked around the whole airport for a few times, no one holds my name card. I decided to send a message to the hotel, on the other hand, I asked 'sim card sales' for help. They helped to call the hotel and the hotel say sorry and asked me to wait for 15 mins more. Finally, I waited there for 45 mins. Honestly, I feel a bit disappointed. They explained that the previous client urges them to bring them to hotel so that's why I waited so long. Other than this, the hotel is good, value for money. On the last day, I tried the massage there! It's nice too.
