Awesome Stay
Super nice host , view and hospitality! Their food is amazing like high standards but affordable price! Pamper with the full breakfast and great view! The host also arrange us a private trip to Vinales! Everything is just perfect! Highly recommended!!!

Tolle Lofts in Habana Vieja - Modern und Top Lage
Die Lofts sind in der Nähe des Hafens am unteren Teil von La Habana Vieja. Man kommt zu Fuß überall gut hin und kann durch die Gassen flanieren, während man zu den gewünschten Spots und Restaurants kommt. Die Lofts sind modern, groß und mit schönen, großen Fenstern versehen. Ein Highlight ist definitiv auch die InRoom Dusche (muss man mögen!). Was mich persönlich ebenfalls sehr überrascht hat, war die Ruhe in der Nacht, da es tagsüber doch gerne etwas lauter in der Seitenstraße der Einheimischen ist. Ansonsten sind die Zimmer sehr schön modern eingerichtet. Ein Highlight ist auch die Dachterrasse und das Frühstück, das viel Auswahl ermöglicht und leckere Getränke mit sich bringt. Zur Begrüßung gab es dort auch einen Cocktail zu trinken. Die Preise auf der Dachterrasse sind allerdings meiner Meinung nach etwas hoch, da die Restaurants und Bars in naher Umgebung niedrigere Preise haben. Aber hier zahlt man ebenfalls für das Ambiente und die Mühe der Mitarbeiter. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und unterstützt gerne auch beim Wechsel von Euros oder Dollars in kubanische Pesos. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Möglichkeit, um in La Habana Vieja und der Gegend zu übernachten, während man Sightseeing betreibt und abends entspannen will. Wir würden definitiv wieder hier übernachten. Danke dafür und für den Service.

Location & room size Ok. There is cofe maker in the room but no cafe other then arrival date. No water other then arrival date. Bathroom has no door. Rooftop open 24 hours and a lot of noise during the night because of people makes something during the night. Staff in the reception are helpfull.They arranged my transportation to Santa Clara with acceptable price.

Great hotel
Great small hotel near the historic district of Cuba with a great restaurant on the roof. The location was within walking distance of many touristy things. One downside - if you need a cab in the morning, make sure to set it up the day before - this isn't in a heavy-hotel area so taxis aren't around.

Positives: Large rooms, nice staff, decent breakfast, breakfast served until midday, rooftop restaurant open late, close to Los Mercaderes restaurant (the best one we found). Negatives: Rooms not cleaned thoroughly, there was no WiFi for our 6 night stay, staff speak very limited English.

Very lovely stay at the Loft Havana
The service was so lovely and everyone made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Even our late arrival didn’t trouble the staff who were so friendly and courteous the whole visit. The rooms are generous, clean and well finished and the area around is interesting but quite safe.

We had a lovely experience. The room was spacious and clean. We loved the rooftop! Breakfast was good and substantial and anything els we tried was delicious. The area is convenient. Walkable to the town, the souvenir market and to many sites. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Someone is always available to help and everyone was extremely friendly. We will definitely be coming back to Loft Habana.

Perfect, quiet, safe location
Loft Havana was the first stop when we arrived in Cuba. The room was great and the breakfast varied and plentiful. Loved the cocktails and the super rooftop terrace. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel is a nice boutique property with the view of the bay from the terrace and our room. Enrique the person at the front desk was very nice and he helped us with recommendation for places to visit and also dropped us in his car at one place after his work hours. All the staff was very good.
