Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Worst all inclusive I have been to! First when we came our room was occupied we had to wait on another room. We could not eat any decent dinner for the first 3 nights because we have to book on the royalton app to eat at restaurants and according to the app they are fully booked! Fourth day was the same I had to take it up with management because I decided my money wasn’t going to go like that. Another issue was language barrier, staff barely knew English so it was very difficult to communicate. They will charge a certain price to book excursions for you but if you book it online by yourself it is like 100 bucks cheaper. Food was not what I expected at all very bad.
