The parking lot was littered with trash. Homeless nearby, and digging in the property trash can for cigarettes. Also, in the morning there was a ROACH on the hallway wall. I will be changing my reservation to a different location on the way back.

Good hotel with minor problems
In general the stay was good. Problems included that the cold water faucet delivered hot water, the ice machines frequently didn't have ice, one of the two elevators seemed not to be working. However, those were minor problems and in general the stay was pleasant.

Taking deposit for no reason.
Hotel debited my deposit, then credited it back before debiting it again. Nothing was wrong with the room and it was left in perfect condition.

Great for the price. Room was clean and facilities are nice. Parking lot left a lot to be desired. Lots of trash and service vehicles. Front spaces were taken by an event guests. Breakfast was pretty standard. Overall a good stay. I would try harder to get a front lot space.

Stay at Richardson, Texas
This property is just off the highway and close to a bunch of other places. We checked in late and the front desk person was very nice and co-operative. But there was a difference between personnel during the day and night, with night staff being more friendly. When my friends asked for extra soap and towels, the morning personnel just flat out refused, but the night personnel gave it. Breakfast was OK in the mornings. Room service was erratic. They would sometimes change towels, but not do the bed or vice-versa.

Wonderful without hot water
The stay itself was wonderful, the staff was great and friendly. My only complaint was that we stayed there for 5 nights and it wasn't until night 5 that we finally had hot water.

Terrible don’t stay here
Worst hotel in Dallas. Room smelled like smoke, door would slam and not close all the way, the toilet seat was broken, lamp had burned out lightbulb and door knob to stair well was missing while only one elevator was working

Don’t recommend
It was just ok, I probably wouldn’t stay there again. The employees were friendly. But the room was the issue. We had 2 beds, the first night the bed that my daughters stayed on, had stains all over the sheets. The 2nd night my bed had visible blood stains on the sheets. On the side and under the pillow. Then there was a nasty smell on the other beds sheet. Then there’s the shower, the water did not get hot, not even in the slightest. So we had to take fast cold showers.
