I pay 3 night for the "Hearing" type of room, which is the room window is out forward and have a better landscape view, but the customer's service give me the regular double room and said it is HEARING, I wasted 1 night and discuss with the hotel manager at the morning, she said it is the website misleading and want me to pay extra $50 to upgrade, I said I already pay more than the regular double at the website, then she switches the "Hearing" room without charge, during the room switching, I leave my electronic toothbrush and shaver in the regular double. I notice my missing stuff within 24hr, I call the front desk looking for help, but they said room service didn't find anything.
