Not the best
Aged hotel. When we walked in it looked recently remodeled. But cleanliness is where things went wrong. We found a large toenail beside the bed. Cobwebs in the corner. Mold and mildew in the caulk of the shower. Dirt and handprints on the doors

Great VAlue
Great value...this motel but the rooms have been renovated. The staff is efficient and helpful. The parking lot is well lit. The motel is in a nice part of town and is within eyesight of the casino parking lot. All at a reasonable price. This is a great value!

No Thank You
Part of this is on me b/c I didn't realize this was a MOtel and not a HOtel. I also didn't realize that WV allows smoking in rooms so I never looked for the option for a non smoking room. I will next time b/c the room reeked of cigarette smoke so bad that we both had sinus issues. While most of the room was renovated, the walls were in bad shape, the ceiling over the old shower insert was peeling, and the front door was filthy and in bad shape. Also folks looking at this motel should know that there are indeed permanent residents there, so infer what you will about possible ongoing activities.

Very friendly staff
Small hotel, but it was clean. The parking lot was very bright. It worked well for what I needed, which was simply just a place to stay for two nights. I would consider going there again. Staff was incredibly friendly.

I booked a king bed they give me queen and the old guy in the check in was so rude like I owe him money or something and he was mad at me that why I booked the room, don’t worth it, i would sleep on the street but never book this

Our room was #133 on the bottom floor in the courtyard. Upon entry, the room Infested with crickets. Was told they would sweep them up due to no cleaning or maintenance staff. I stepped on a live cricket with my bear foot in the middle of the night. Also our bathroom door would not shut nor lock. Brought up these concerns with staff was was never offered a rebate or discount. Disgusting!

This was the most unclean motel room I've ever stayed in, and I stay in hotels many times a month. There were blood stains on the mattress, urine stains on the white comforter, dirt on sheets, and the furniture in the room had rips in the cushions as well as stains. The bathroom was dirty and had mold in the corner between the tile. It was noisy outside with people hanging around smoking on the hallway balcony and in the parking lot. I took pictures of the bloody mattress and will be submitting it to the corporate office. This is not the way to run a property.

The desk clerk was very nice and professional. Too many people hanging outside the rooms partying. In the rooms my bed had something red on it, my chairs had stains we couldn't sit on them, bathroom smell like urine, but the room was in upgrade in other areas and had all the amenities really I liked and surrounding stores. She was not sleeping on that stained bed and bathroom smell, I checked out around 7 and told no refund even thoug I paid extra. Needs to hire security.
