We have booked this hotel for Monday, Tuesday and Wed nights (3 nights) one month ago, the hotel policy stated no refund and no cancellation allowed. My flight on Monday was cancelled, so I called hotel to keep my room since refund was not allowed.
But when we checked in on Tuesday, the staff told us booking cancelled / no room reserved / didn’t receive reservation / need to call Expedia staff etc. However, we can book a room with the current rate which is almost double from what we paid online.
