Holidays
Stopover on my way back from Albury and Victoria, stayed here to have a look around the district on way back home. Good size room and bathroom and quiet, TV could be bigger, had one in Albury 75inch .

Friendly staff and central location
Staff was very friendly and the check-in process was quick. Got a double instead of two beeds, but the issue was resolved immediately. Location is very cemtral, safe parking on site.

I am not sure what to write about this property really. I know we were a little disappointed after having read previous reviews. The room certainly didn’t look like the picture of the one I booked. We did receive a warm welcome. Parking was easy, wifi good, bed comfortable and water hot. It was good to have a little table with chairs, microwave and a toaster so, in that respect, the hotel was fine. Probably fine for the price. I think it is just a little tired and needs a bit of TLC. Sadly we had a terrible experience on our first night which left us wondering where the heck we had booked. Around 11.30 p.m. there was a dreadful racket from another room above us (we think). Use of disgusting language, ranting and raving, yelling about drugs, crying until around 1 a.m. It got so bad we decided to call the hotel’s after hours number in the compendium. It was the wrong number listed! Thank goodness the person either passed out or fell asleep and we could finally get some rest. I know this is not the property’s fault. It is their responsibility, however, to have the correct contact phone number listed. Reception was closed in the morning so we reported the incident later in the afternoon. The receptionist was VERY apologetic and gave us the correct mobile to ring if it happened again. Thank goodness it didn’t on our second night. We probably wouldn’t stay again but as a cheaper place to stop it would be okay for a night or two.

Stayed for 1 night with a child. Family friendly, walkable distance to dining options and supermarket. Clean and quiet. Liked the auto checkin and checkout without worrying about late checkin and availability of staff at the reception. Will definitely stay next time.
