Terrible place & pictures are manipulating people
The place was so terrible, it was not at all a place for family. The rooms were nit clean, carpet was not clean, the ac/heater vents just releas a bunch of terrible smell and a lot of dust into the air. The couch was so bad that we could not resist the smell and even it was way way old. The king bed was not good either. Overall it felt like the apartment was left like that for many months, and was given as is without any cleaning,because it was cleaned probably months ago and not used.
Carpet was muddy as if there were pets.

The tv in living area did not work. Manager came but could not fix it. Apologized. Jacuzzi tub drain would not close so water would not stay in. Could not use. Light over stove did not work.

Absolutely love the Residences at Biltmore… We’ve stayed there multiple times and it’s been clean and convenient every time. It is like renting a condo for a lower price than an average hotel room. Highly recommend.

Good stay overall. Arrived in town early from our last destination. Stopped by property to inquire about early check in. Clerk advised she would give us a call when we could come back. Never heard from her. Came back at our original designated time, and still had a delay. No biggie. Additionally, the guests directly above us were VERY VERY loud. It sounded like elephants were running laps.

They were great, the room was great. Perfect location. The entrance to biltmore estates is right down the block. Hurricane Helen did a number to biltmore village so that was closed. But the property was nice. Only downfall is after I left I couldn’t get ahold of the property when I left something in the room and no one called me back. But overall great experience.

Clean and Accommodating
Our stay considered of my wife and I with our 3 children and it was fantastic! The residence was very clean, quiet and the staff was amazing! The thermostat stopped working while we were there and within minutes it calling the concierge, someone was there to assist and make sure we were comfortable. It was a minor issue that didn't affect us entirely, but we were thoroughly satisfied with both our stay.
