when we were ready to check in, the receptionist said the booking doesn't exist without double checked.under request,she discovered there was some problem existed in their network.
after that, i was so surprised they arranged me and my boyfriend a two single beds room instead of any consultation and actually the price i paid allows me to choose either single bed or one big bed room.
many facilities are very old in the room and different from the pictures shows online,like the blue carpet looks dirty,the sprinkler head is leaking water when it is turned on, the air conditioner keeps in the same level which is not allowed to be tuned.
when we check out, another matter happened.we hope to change $50 US into vtd but the reception girl counted it in lower rate than the hotel listed rate on paper.the manner of she that who wears glasses was really bad,in the process,she has not even said thank you, sorry,and smile.
later, she said there was no small numbers vtd for changing and still asked us to give her the $50 US.
i will not be mad if the hotel is only a 2/3 stars hotel.
