Built with the cheapest materials around. Particle board in the sink, see pic. Caulking in the shower terrible, not cleaned before reapplied, also should have wait to dry before caulking. Shower stunk like mildew. TV has 2 remotes; 1 for tv & 1 for receiver. Finally got it to come on after pressing all power bottons a few times.

Welcoming Reception
The hotel is of course very convenient for a quick overnight to make a morning connection. The room has no window so feels quite claustrophobic but had everything you need. Lights out, pitch black so finding the balance was a bit tricky. With that said the reception is excellent. Friendly, helpful. Offered me extra coffee, toast. Extremely responsive to messages (my flight was delayed and sent a message that I would be late arriving). Really excellent. A bit expensive for what they offer but very welcoming.

Check in was slow as the receptionist answered the phone while dealing with my arrival. Room Service menu was hopeless as the 3 things I chose from the menu were all out of stock - so I went to bed hungry.... Apart from that the room was clean, and the bed comfortable , the room was small (but ok for 1) and the room shook every time a plane landed or took off !

Horrible desayuno, no merece la pena
El desayuno no merece la pena pagarlo, es mejor salirte del hotel e ir a una cafeteria fuera. Hasta para pedir una tostada te la tienen que hacer en recepción, eso es por si te ocurre pedir otra... Todo está diseñado para cobrarte mucho y darte lo menos posible. Si tienes unas horas de margen, recomiendo cualquier hotel cerca del aeropuerto en vez de éste, por el mismo precio, te llevas mucho más...

This hotel is inside MAD Terminal 4, one floor below the departure level, outside of security. We stayed here the night before we flew from MAD back to the U.S., and the convenience cannot be beat. It was incredibly convenient to wake up literally inside the airport and go one floor up to begin our check-in process. The rooms were clean and more spacious than we expected; each has a coffeemaker, a minibar, comfortable beds, and large towels. Those who need their AC to sleep should note that this room’s AC is, like much of Europe’s “AC,” largely ineffective, which is more problematic in these rooms because there are no windows to open. Also, bring earplugs/white noise if you are sensitive to sound, as the faint rumble of nearby trains comes and goes all night long. There’s a 24-hour bistro one floor up where we enjoyed an adult beverage before heading to sleep. The included breakfast was decent; the coffee was great but there were no hot food options other than toast. The staff was generally courteous but not exceptional. Overall, highly recommended for those flying internationally out of MAD.

Convenient, Clean, Comfortable but hard to find
It was very difficult to find the location in Madrid. The apple map that was provided did not pin the hotel. I tried to call but the phone number provided was not on WhatsApp and I was working with a eSIM. Landing later at night there was no one to ask as everyone was closed. I walked around the airport for 1.5 hours before finally finding the hotel.

Arriving on a late flight at T4 and departing on an early flight from T1 the next day made my decision to stay at the airport hotel at T4 an easy one. So convenient and quiet. A bit difficult to find at first but I would highly recommend it for very short night stays.
