Cute hotel by the ocean
This is a nice motel on the beach. It's right next to the sand and a 3-minute walk to the ocean. Check-in was easy. The hotel staff were courteous although I didn't feel as welcomed as I have in other hotels. This is a motel more than a hotel. It was quiet and 2 miles from the beach downtown. Everything was clean, which is very nice. It has a full-sized kitchen. I wish the bed was softer. I didn't sleep as well. Overall a good experience for a cute motel by the ocean

Nice hotel on beautiful beach with amazing coffee
We stayed at this property for 5 days and enjoyed it very much. The hotel is in a very safe and quiet area of town, yet close to everything in Vero Beach. It's just a few steps from a beautiful, serene beach with a very nice terrace. Beach chairs and towels are provided. They also have a nice, heated pool on the property. Parking is a bit snug but very convenient. Rooms are clean and spacious and are throughly cleaned every day. Staff is very nice and helpful. They have the best coffee and the most amazing coffee machine I have ever seen, providing different types of delicious coffee with either real coffee or decaf options. Continental breakfast was nice too. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Not A Hotel
This is NOT a hotel, it is a Motel. If you are expecting a hotel you will be disappointed, as I was. It is on the beach and beach towels are provided. It has a cute little kitchen like in a condo and these are the positives.

Great place at very reasonable price
Nice quiet location. Great area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was perfect size, very clean. Pool nice and kept clean. Beach was beautiful and they put out loungers everyday and umbrellas if wind permitted. Pool and beach towels provided really great place at a reasonableprice. Our2nd time here, a full week this time. We will absolutely return.

Beautiful views, kind staff, clean lobby, easy free parking, great price. Would not go again because: the AC did not get the room below 77/78 degrees no matter the setting, the shower drain was clogged so water backed up AND the shower curb was not sealed properly, so water drained out onto the bathroom floor while I showered. Bed was so old and broken down you could see permanent body indents next to each other.

It is a great place if you love the beach since you just need to walk 3 minutes to get there. Rooms aren’t fancy but you’ll just use it for the night since there are many options for eating out and the beach is great. They also let us check in earlier which was awesome.
