cockroaches everywhere
The room was absolutely infested with cockroaches. I asked for some kind of refund and they rudely refused. They said "we would have given you a different room." There was no vacancy however because it was the marathon weekend (and so they were likely lying), and I had absolutely zero time to deal with that, since I was in the city all day long and didn't get back until very late. So the idea that I would relocate to another room at 11:30 at night, which of course would also cockroaches was ridiculous. So moral of the story at this hotel. They have cockroaches everywhere. If you complain, they play games until you go away while keeping your money. Because they would rather that their guests deal with the grossness than shell out the money to spray and remove the infestation.

Avoid at all costs.
Mold in the bathroom. What looks to be bodily fluid stains on the bed. TV doesn't work. Worse room I've ever had. Won't ever be comming back.

CRACKDEN OR LOWER WACKER
The absolute worst no tv service at all. Which is their only amenity. The guest laundry room was always filled with local crackheads and drug addicts since there is no lock and the door is open to anyone. The place smells like a garbage dump. They do not change rooms or do anything for the consumer. The key is always not working so you have to go into their office and get it reactivated and the front desk person always gives you an attitude like it’s the consumers fault their product is terrible. ID ONLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR DOPE HEADS. Legit I’ve never had an experience as worst as this. PAY THE EXTRA 100 and or deposit at a more reputable establishment. Moving forward non of my employees or anyone will ever come back here.

Horrible.
These rooms are nothing like online pictures. Everything was outdated. The microwave didn't work the fridge was on but no cold everything was hot by the morning after. The shower and a plastic bag wrapped around the head because it was leaking which caused the water to spray everywhere. Drug addicts outside all night long. This was hangs down the wrist hotel I've ever been to..

Not worth the stay
Room were tidy enough to try to sleep. Tv did not work, heater did not work, the room was so cold we had to get up and leave out at 5am because we no longer could sleep though it. Blanket didn’t do any justice, tried reaching out to front desk and was told that no rooms has internet and tvs didn’t work. So basically we were just out of $ and couldn’t be moved to any other room.
