En general el personal muy grosero
El personal de recepcion te atienden con mala actitud y responden de manera sarcástica. Gina y Maggie del restaurante asiático bastante groseras al momento de referirse a nosotros y cero resolutivas. Definitivamente su personal no está a la altura de lo que el hotel te ofrece, por lo que nuestra estancia no fue la más placentera.

We stayed for nine nights and ten days. Property-Beautiful and kept well. This is the rainy season, so to keep it up is impressive. Room: Deluxe Swim-out- excellent. Bed is comfortable and room is spacious. Shower has two rain heads, so both of us getting ready was a breeze. Restaurants/Food-There will be items you like and items that are okay. Individual palates will have a different experience. We enjoyed Rodeo Grill and Bruschetta. The Yucatan Buffet has a variety of items. Make sure you get the orange macaroons. Drinks- The drinks are excellent and there is a variety. Deluxe Entertainment Staff (Main Pool)- staff was excellent! We saw Burlesque and the Fire Show. There are different activities at the pool each day. As well as different shows each night. Safety- Unfortunately for the staff there was an incident with a guest by the main pool in one of the swim-outs. I was impressed with their response. They moved with a sense of urgency and handled this particular incident in a professional and caring manner. We felt safe and the staff truly cares for their guests. Medical- my husband broke a tooth early in our trip. The staff helped locate and arrange an appointment at a reputable dentist office. We were hesitant to see any doctor in Mexico, but they did an excellent job. Overall we would highly recommend this resort and plan to return.

Variety of restaurants to choose from, poolside bar was fun, the beach was fairly close from our room, it was about a 7min walk. Only downside of the Adults only side is that the sports bar is on the family side and it was quite a ways to get there

We arrived at 2:30 am at the lobby hotel for them to tell us we couldn’t stay there. The manager told us we didn’t have proper identification which we did . We provided all the correct paperwork and he didn’t care to see them because the moment he realized we were two girls in a relationship he automatically denied service. He proceeded to call security to kick us out from the hotel at 4am after going back and fourth with him. We couldn’t get a hold of you guys because we were told we had to contact the agency that we booked on. Horrible experience!! After a few hours the head manager of hotel security checked out paper work and decided it was ok for us to stay but while we were there the service we got was horrible I’m assuming because we reported his discriminatory behavior. Our stay was the worst experience ever. I cannot believe we went through this because we are part of the LGBTQ community. Through our stay they discriminated us because everyone knew what happened . Very embarrassing days

Very clean and pretty resort. It was quite quiet so keep that in mind if you’re looking for something a little livelier. It was great to have the option to visit the sister princess resorts right next door because we found their restaurants way better (in terms of food quality and veg options for me) and there was a lot more action at their pools too. The platinum side had a better buffet though in our opinion and we loved our swim out pool! The beach was pretty seaweedy though the staffed tried to clean up each morning. We came during the red tide so you would have to wade out a bit to get out of the smellier water. The beach by the sister resorts’ side was a but better for this and only a 5 min walk. All the staff were super lovely! Shout out to Israel who was super helpful whenever we had plans to leave the property :)

Nos encantó el hotel, la comida muy buena; se agradece q no se tiene que reservar en los restaurantes de especialidad. El show de la noche bien, excelente servicio en general del personal. Solo algo q mejoraría es poder tener alimentos fuera de los restaurantes (si quieres botanear tienes que a fuerza consumirlo dentro del restaurante) Recomiendo mucho el hotel
