Simple and clean hotel
There is a 7-11 convenience store next to the hotel. Shopping malls and restaurants nearby. Very good location. Staffs are friendly and sweet. The room is simple but big and clean. Very enough for a business trip. The breakfast is very simple, but they also offer take-out service.

Great location, across from Greenbelt in Makati.
It’s walkable, about seven minutes, to a 24 hour McDonald’s and The Sunday Market @ Legazpi Village, which is a farmers market that sells food & items from different vendors only on Sunday mornings. WiFi was weak when I was trying to download the Grab app, but front desk helped me get a ride to the airport. The location and the price are reasons I would book here again @ The Charter House.

Good One
Staff are well-mannered, polite and accomodating. Hotel is old yet clean and tidy. Beds are soft and nice. The hotel is very good considering its age, however the manage should look into elecrical fittings. The bathroom lights have the cricket sounds when on in room 305. The towels are very old, brownish white- in color- like floor rugs. The floor rugs are somewhat hand outs from no where, blue color with spots from bleaching. Regardless, happy to use this hotel again.

The property is old. There was too much noise on the road. Across the street tge noise from the construction was unbearable. Other than that,room is kept clean. And oh our server, I did not get his name. Every time we go to eat our breakfast, he seems unhappy, but still serves us. There’s this older gentleman who is always welcoming with a smile. But our server never had that welcoming smile except we felt snab.

Charter House never disappoints. I’ve stayed here many times and am always very satisfied with their price, cleanliness, great service. I enjoy staying here since it’s across from Greenbelt Mall which is one of my favorite mall. Their room service is quick and the food is fresh, clean and very good. I highly recommend Charter House for short or long stays.
