Nice and clean hotel, not so near MRT
There are 4 of us, we booked the largest room in the house, a triple room, there is a queen bed and a single. Luckily our kids are 5 and 8, can fit in this year but not next. Hotel is boutique style, clean and neat. Free wifi. We asked for extra blanket and they give us, so nice! Room is consider very big in Singapore. Environment is good, plenty of eat, cheap and near bus stop. Supermarket is just opposite. The nearest MRT station is Payar Lebar, 15-20 mins walk. Plenty of eat at MRT station too.

服務質數「讚」
住這區要有車或座的士，去關口的士費$15，但房價比同區平宜20～30%，房間設計有特色，床舖很舒適，職員態度熱誠親切，會講廣東及國語，雖然沒有免費牙擦牙膏提供及住楼上的要爬一条楼梯，我仍然會再次入住。

A little problem I faced
I appreciated to get your best services and your willingly helps. However, I felt it was pity that the information of transportation about going to city center was lack because I didn't know how to get there instead of taking taxi; I'm not saying taking taxi is not proper, I just want to let you know how important the information of transportation it is. Especially, it is a good way to provide many choices for foreigners learning how to go. Sorry for saying this directly. Thanks a lot.

Horrible hotels.com and my ever worst stay
Hotels.com should take a more active role to ensure reservation is confirmed especially when the booking is done on the same day when staying overnight on the same day. Worse thing hotels.com can say no refund can be given as it is non refundable and subject to the hotel approval. It was at the very same hotel which I was sitting for one hour and not allowed to go. Will I get any kind of compensation? Nothing. Nothing to appease me. Hotels.com is not the only one. I will venture out for some other better agents. I think they are starting to take things for granted, I have been a loyal customer for so many years and this is how I am treated, Now about the hotel… 1) Aircon not working. Hot 2) towels not given and had to request. Said given when not given 3) No telephone- hotels.com tried to call the management to verify the issue and they cannot go through 4) shower/ water pressure so low, water was trickling down 5) toilet seat broken

Poor
Check-in staff wanted additional RM10 for a 'foreigner fee' and told me its hotel requirement but later 'wavied off' for me after I questioned him further. Room was old, dirty with spider webs and old bedsheets. Tv was not functioning and no towel. When I went down to counter and ask for towels, staff said hotel has ran out of it.

The shower needs to be cleaned better especially the drain which was mostly blocked so the shower flooded the bathroom. Floor was a bit dusty. Bedsheets were stained!
