the house is clear and location is not bad (from MRT to hotel is around 15mins by walk). But, for every guest reference, the reaction of the receptionist is bad. I broke a cup of glass, not purpose, in my room and i told the receptionist to clean it, of course they done it. When I checked out, the receptionist told me that the cup will charge me 50 Baht. This is ridiculous, cuz, first, the hotel didn't list a price for it and second, the price is only speak by themselves. and then, the cup didn't worth that price. I totally can't accept it. Hence, I wrote an email to the hotel, until now, I didn't receive any positive feedback from the hotel.
