Hotel location is good
Since this is new hotel, room condition is also good Seth works in the reception is nice and friendly
Just one comment, snack in lounge starts serving 6pm but always within 30 mins nothing remain...
Comparing to other Marriott hotels I used to stay, their variety of snack, hot food and desserts are with much more more choices.

Duty Manager Mr Seng set a New Standard of Service
This is our first time to Phnom Penh and we didn’t expect it is so unsafe. My wallet and mobile phone were snatched by motorbike gang. We went back to hotel to seek for assistance and luckily we met Duty Manager Mr Seng. He calmed us down, gave us advices and offered us all the assistance that he can do. What surprised us was, he felt sorry for us from the bottom of his heart. He helped us wholeheartedly instead of doing a job. My husband and I work in hotel for many years and we have met a lot of hotel associates, but we have never met someone as willing to serve as Mr Seng is. He demonstrated what is “put yourself into one’s shoes”, and we are impressed by his enthusiastic in helping the others. Without his help things would not be that easy and we never thank him enough. He saved our anniversary trip and our impression on Cambodian. He is our angel and a great asset of the hotel. He deserves a better position for sure!
