I have stayed at this hotel several times when I have business in Beijing since it is really close to my office. I always receive warm hospitality and unexpected gifts here. They have prepared some fruit and a panda doll as a souvenir. Thank you for everything during my stay this time.

Hotels.com customer service is very bad
Hotels.com has not properly forwarded my reservation to the Crown Plaza, and hence the hotel has no record of my booking. The hotel was pretty fully booked by the time check I was trying to check in, hence I was not given the room that I have reserved for and it took more than half an hour to figure out how to handle my check in. I was totally exhausted by the ordeal, very disappointing in deed !!!

Check Your Shower Head Before Unpacking
We stayed in 1101. Some of my comments may be relevant to this room only.
- Spacious room
- Shower facility was awful: overhead unit not working, handheld unit was hard to fix its position onto the wall holder, and with no adjustable sprinkling mode
- Ordered food delivery, and from lobby to room delivered by a robot, brilliant
- Bedding was good
A bit far from the subway, but it’s super convenient to find food and do shopping because the hotel is connect to the shopping mall. The frontline staff are all helpful and effective. Overall is a good experience!
