Great place
The apartment was so spacious! The upstairs of the family suite had its own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen area was spacious and had what we needed for late night snacks and drinks. The check in is at a hotel in a separate building but it wasn’t much trouble. However, I highly recommend valet parking. Street parking in all of Trieste is a total nightmare

Great suite, but....
Our suite was very roomy, extremely well supplied and the hotel is in a excellent location. The only issue is the confusion on check in, which is not at the Palace Suite but at the Continentale Hotel nearby. That hotel is very nice, has an excellent lounge and restaurant and would be the better choice for short stay visitors to Trieste.

Le plus mauvais acceuil à une réception d'hôtel
Nous nous sommes présentés à l'adresse indiquée portes closes aux 2 endroits aucune réponse lorsqu'on à sonné de la. réception il y avait une caméra qui ne fonctionnait peut-être pas Nous sommes allés nous informét à l'hôtel continental et on nous a dit que c'était la qu'il fallait faire le Chek-in et l'acceuil que nous avons eu a été très froid on dérangeait tout simplement Le pire accueil depuis que nous voyageons

Overall, we were disappointed by the property. First, it's confusing to find where to check in since its not at the hotel address, finally found it around the corner and across the street. The room is beautiful when you walk in but the A/C was marginal (it was hot in Trieste) and the bathroom is just not functional. Shower has no place other than the floor to put soap and shampoo and it is small, there is only 1 sink with no place to place any toiletries. Breakfast was good not great (not a typical buffet so limited menu choices).

The suite was very spacious. However, the air conditioners were not adequate despite having all the units on maximum coldness. The upstair bedroom was hot. Staff was very nice and location was excellent. We walked from the cruise port. There are lots of shopping, cafes and restaurants in the area.

Excellent family stay
Spacious suites with furnished kitchen and even a washer. Very well situated and central to everything. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent service and many delicioso options for breakfast. No problems encountered during our stay. Very accommodating with luggage storage. Will definitely return.

Bel établissement, mais la réception et la restauration ne sont pas dans la même rue que les chambres. Pas si facile à trouver. Personnel pas très agréable, sauf au petit déjeuner. Le petit déjeuner est à la carte, ce n’es pas en libre service donc cela prend un peu plus de temps. Quand nous sommes revenus du petit déjeuner, la dame de ménage à sonner à la porte pour nous demander de partir et a attendu devant la porte ouverte qu’on rassemble nos affaires. Il était 10h30… nous avons dû ensuite patienter 1h30 pour que le voiturier ramène notre voiture. Quand nous avons demandé à la réception des nouvelles au bout d’une heure, on nous a répondu sèchement « trafic ». L’hotel est joli et bien situé, mais nous n’y retournerons pas.

2 days in Trieste
The room I stayed was just like in the pictures. I had the studio and it was spacious, equipped with a kitchen, refrigerator, expresso machine great balcony, and clean. The staff was willing to assist with anything that was needed post check-in and did so in a timely manner. I would recommend this hotel. Location is great and close to bus/train station.
