Our time at the Hotel
A couple of issues we experienced was no water and no internet. But the staff was great and the breakfast was great. We mentioned this to staff and they were very receptive to listening to our proplems. We would go again.

Excelente Relación Valor - Precio
Definitivamente regresaría excelentes instalaciones, estilo mexicano te ofrecen una bebida alcohólica o no alcohólica de cortesía por persona, excelente detalle. habitaciones amplias y cómodas el desayuno incluido o gratis es a la carta muy sabroso y completo en único pero es que el principal y único acceso es muy reducido para un auto en mi caso una minivan enfrente están mas habitaciones y un gran estacionamiento del hotel el día que llegue de noche el acceso es complicado por que en la calle de acceso esta cambiando el drenaje y-o tubería de agua la obra este detenida y dejaron agujeros o baches enormes y cables o mangueras que dificultan el estacionamiento además que la calle esta sin iluminación y la poca existente es muy antigua ( de vapor de sodio o amarilla ) Ahora bien al hotel le falta un letrero que indique que el estacionamiento este enfrente y que en el portón de acceso al estacionamiento es del hotel batalle para lograr estacionar el auto por estos " detalles " esta a dos cuadras del centro de Tlaquepaque es excelente su ubicacion para llegar caminando

Little hidden gem
This property is a little gem. I had one of the sweets and it was perfect. The front staff was friendly, helpful check in was easy. Highly recommend the breakfast in the restaurant. Lots of yummy food very reasonable prices. The staff was very, very friendly. Only stayed here one night, but definitely will return return.

Beautiful propery tucked away in the city and within walking distance to vibrant Tlaqupaque center. Staff was amazing, very welcoming and their hospitality was great! Breakfast was delicious and just the overall comfort of the property and rooms gave a very homely feel. Absolutely would recommend this hotel and in fact I have already! We will be back!

Property itself was beautiful very welcoming and the decor gorgeous to enjoy and felt very safe indoors while you’re into the hotel but we are two older ladies traveling by ourselves we did not feel in the outdoor street area we went outside and lots of men hanging in the streets Smoking and doing stuff 😖 I think it’s fine if you are with a gentleman or a few more in groups — but we were both definitely sorry we did not look up Google to look the surrounding area — Sadly for us we both needed a spa we looked for a hotel with a pool and spa —the spa never worked while we were there never got warm I was told both days that it needs 3 to 4 hours to heat up never heat it up totally disappointed 😡

It’s literally al hidden gem!! The hotel grounds are beautiful and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience magical. Only blocks from downtown Tlaquepaque, we walked around everywhere!!! I absolutely recommend!!!

Although the staff was good in general, the restaurant service was horrible. They had a bad attitude and the food wasn't good so the free breakfast was useless. It is very clean. The location leaves a lot to be desired and is borderline safe. The hotel doesn't tell you in advance that they have half their rooms across the street in a separate location and I was separated from the person I was traveling with.
