Son de poca confiabilidad.
Durante el check-in solicite que se me diera de forma desglosada el pago que realice y se nego. Simplemente me dieron el recibo del pago de la tarjeta de credito. Asi q desconozco de cuanto fue el deposito. Pregunte y no me contesto se hacia la que no entendia. Al hacer el check-out no habia nadie en recepcion ni los dia que me hospede. Son uno expertos en ese detalle.

Parfait pour petits budgets
L’accueil était super, nous avons même pu choisir entre deux chambres que nous avons pu regarder avant la décoration est très ordinaire et très ancienne mais le lit était super confortable c’est super bien situé. Tout dans la chambre était passablement propre aucun problème là-dessus. Grand train.

Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding klopt niet helemaal. Vrij oud gebouw met bedrading overal langs de muren en plinten. Bij receptie alleen koffie te krijgen, geen mogelijkheden op de kamer. Thee was niet verkrijgbaar. Locatie prima, op loopafstand van de oude stad.

This hotel was located as close to old quebec as you can get. We were 300 yards away from the iconic Fairmont hotel and lots of restaurant options. Parking was in a parking garage at 20 per night. no elevator but we didnt need one. Only draw back was for our room we had a shared bathroom and in the morning there was a bit of a waiting but not long. The price was on point but the location was the best thing. def recommend if you need budget friendly option and are not picky.

Right in the middle of old Quebec City a stone’s throw from the hotel frontenac and all of the history of this beautiful city. Really good value for the price. Located in a historic building that has kept much of its charm. Quiet. No elevator. Bathroom down the hall. Excellent fellow travellers in the city before boarding 1 of the many cruise ships. Will definitely book again

Location was great! Staff were very kind and did their best to provide earlier checkin. The building is quite old. The stairs were slanted and the bathroom was not as clean. I am not sure why our room was for four people because the sofa bed could not fit two people on it.

This property is basically a hostel with minimum facilities. There are no elevators but the desk person was nice enough to give us a hand hauling our bags to the 2nd floor. We had the "large" double room for the 3 of us, and it had an ensuite. Many rooms share the hallway washroom. Note that our ensuite was only 1m wide but the tiny tub/shower worked just fine. If you can manage stairs, then the location can't be beaten.

The property was well situated, in the heart of old Quebec City. Excellent choices in dining, with great access to tourist sites - all within walking distance. Considering the location the cost of the room was very reasonable. Parking was not made clear and we ended up parking at the Fairmont, further and at a much higher fee. We were given a 3rd floor room with narrow, difficult stairs and no assistance with the luggage. I cannot imagine how difficult it would have been to access the 4th floor, where the stairs are much narrower and steeper. The room was reserved for 2 persons with 2 beds (double with cot). We were given one standard bed with a sofa bed. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and should not be rented out as a 2nd bed. No other rooms were available. Knowing this I would have booked a 2nd room and confirmed that I would have had help with the luggage.

Clean and comfortable room. Wood or composite floors in rooms so no carpet odors. Excellent location. Carpets in common areas shabby but didn’t affect our stay.
