The staff were very proactive and enthusiastic, and the rooms were impeccably clean with no overlooked areas. The facilities were well-maintained, and the surrounding environment was quiet and beautiful, surrounded by forests. It only takes a 5-minute drive to Lightning Lake and a 15-minute drive to Cascade Lookout. This is the perfect place for daytime outdoor activities and stargazing at night.

Great location for price. The rooms had no air conditioning, and was not cleaned in between days. Lots of space in the room to place luggage, wet clothes, etc. Only one of the clothing hangers had a horizontal bar to hang wet socks/ pants. Overall, would book again but could be better equipped. The hot tub was also down during our stay and there is no kettle in the rooms.

The stay didn’t start off too well as I arrived around midnight and they had a bell to access the front desk but nobody answered it stood there for about 10-15 minutes. Luckily another guest came out the doors I was able to slip in to get to the front desk. After about five minutes somebody finally showed up at the front desk and I was able to check in. After that stay was all good rooms were clean and the bed was comfy.

We stayed in the chalet. It was a bit outdated but clean. There was lots of space for the 6 of us (can accommodate up to 14). Staff were friendly and helpful. Our TV didn’t work, which wasn’t a big deal but staff kept trying to fix it while we were having dinner. They sent 3 or 4 staff over to look at it. The location is perfect. We spent our time hiking nearby.

2 queens room was spacious and clean. Couple of noticeable items: - checked into the room around 4pm, temp in the room was quite warm at 27 deg Celsius. the room s/stat was not adjustable. Room temp did not change all night. Front desk said the room temp for the rooms are set by a master t/stat by the front desk. - no face cloths in the bathroom Other than this, our hotel stay was fine
