Une arnaque visiblement bien rôdé ! L’hôtel nous annule deux chambres la veille de notre arrivée sans aucun motif malgré mes nombreuses demandes d’explications. Toutefois, on nous propose de dormir chez l’hôtel voisin «  Mamma sisi ». En regardant sur les photos sur internet, on se rend compte que le standing est inférieur à ce que nous avons réservé. Toutefois les photos sur le site sont correctes: on accepte l’arrangement mais on demande un dédommagement pour la différence de standing. Sur place, nous payons nos deux chambres avant de les voir en vrai. Une réduction ridicule de 5 euros est appliquée. À peine entrés dans les chambres , on fait demi tour : l’odeur est nauséabonde, les draps déchirés, les serviettes de bains de même et il y a du moisi dans les douches. On demande un remboursement : les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité. La dame de l’hôtel Astoria refuse catégoriquement et nous dit de partir si ça nous chante, on ne sera pas remboursés quoi qu’il arrive. Je précise bien que c’est la dame de l’hôtel Astoria qui s’occupe du check in de l’hôtel voisin insalubre. Nous avons dû trouver un autre hôtel convenable et payer deux hôtels pour la même nuit. Cette arnaque est de coutume d’après les autres commentaires ! Je vais laisser des photos de l’hôtel qu’on nous propose en arrangement quand notre chambre est annulée au dernier moment pour que les futurs clients sachent à quoi s’attendre s’ils acceptent la proposition malhonnête de cette réceptionniste.

On ne peut pas touver mieux pour l emplacement de cet hôtel...un peu difficile a trouver...un petit coup de vinaigre blanc dans la douche ne ferais pas de mal....par contre le pdej a plus de 500m de l hôtel et vous avez droit a 1 seule boisson chaude et une viennoiserie...

Stay at Astoria Supreme - Modern Boutique Suites
As we had a late flight and problems getting a taxi from the airport we struggle to find our accommodation, however the reception staff were on call to help, which was good. The staff were very helpful and friendly, whenever we needed advice. Overall the hotel was what I expected for a city trip, the room was basic, it had a fridge, hairdryer and a nice touch in bathroom of filled shower and shampoo containers (I didn’t need to use those). My one criticism would be not having a kettle to make a hot drink, although you had a voucher to get a drink for breakfast, it would’ve been nice to have a hot drink before leaving the room or to use during the day/evening. The hotel is situated on the fourth floor of a building, with rooms covering the third and fourth floor. There is a small lift, which worked very well. In terms of location, it was very central, with easy access of local shops and bars. We had a room located at the back of hotel but I’m sure if you had a room at the front, you could look out over the square.

Pros: New Room and awesome bathroom Cons: Obnoxious policies and staff. They changed towels every 3 days (which I suppose is a norm for some B&Bs). After 2 days I went and requested an extra towel set, I was charged eur – business is business, I understand. However, after 3 days, they did not give me new towels, when I asked for my towels, I was told that I already got them yesterday for $8 and I don’t need them again 😊. I could not believe it. I asked to get * refund, Front desk got quite and gave me another set. Air conditioner is another issue, it preset at 23c, which is about 75F and could not keep up. It would take 3hr or so to get room to 75F, they also told us we need to keep all doors closed, including bathroom for AC to work. They would not provide you with second plastic key, so every time you need to leave a room, you have to take key with you, which shuts down AC and person in the room is getting really hot. They don’t provide instructions on how and when turn AC back on (there is an almost invisible button at the top of thermostat) Location is good for being in the center, however, we had various street artists play under our window every night until midnight, was pretty loud Overall, I am very dissatisfied, primarily with AC and KEY policies. Owners are really trying to save money on electricity, but it makes customers miserable, have the time I spent in my room where temps were in high 90s F. I paid good money for this room which was advertised with AC, I

Would never stay here again. Abysmal service ready to scam Americans, and I have stayed in similar accommodations in Italy and Croatia. There were a number of issues. First, when I emailed them through Expedia no one replied, message is still unanswered. Second, there is absolutely no indication of how to check in. They own part of a 4th floor in a regular apt building. They never tell you reception is on 4th floor or how to buzz in or anything. I had to go to every floor in the building to figure out where they actually were. Very frustrating to wander around with suitcases on the main square, and not know if you need to lug them up. No idea how people check in when no one is at reception. Third, once I checked in they wanted to take half my towels, because I was not staying with a partner...and said if I wanted to keep them it was 10 Euro. Im paying for the room and they knew I was one person ahead of time. They also advertise that they have AC. They have something that looks like AC that they turn off any chance they get. The room was incredibly stuffy in early July, and even when they do turn it on, it still doesn't work. Icing on the cake was asking reception to order a taxi to the train station. Had a very early train. Was told a cab would pick me up, was given cab phone number. In the morning no cab and no one answering the phone. Had to run to the station to make it. The room itself is fairly clean and in a good location but expect the absolute bare minimum.

Cuando llegamos no había nadie para hacer el check in tuvimos que llamar por teléfono y demoraron más de 40 minutos y arribaron de una manera muy mal educada. Dentro de las especificaciones decía que tenía desayuno y el primer día nos hicieron ir a desayunar a 800 metros en donde nos sirvieron una croissant y un un latte pequeño. La foto del desayuno es totalmente falsa. Dentro de las especificaciones aclara que tiene parking y el parking es en la calle. La limpieza durante la estadía fue mala. Excelente ubicación y tamaño de la habitación y baño

Posizione fantastica, dalla camera assegnata a noi si godeva di una vista stupenda sulla piazza e l'anfiteatro. Pulizia pessima, non è stato rifatto neanche il letto. Colazione scarsa: mai soggiornato in un b&b che offrisse solo una bevanda fredda o calda e un dolce: tutte le mattine ci siamo pagati i caffè, perchè ordinando 2 cappuccini, 2 croissant e 2 caffè, quest'ultimi non erano compresi. Non è possibile lasciare i bagagli, ma pagando un supplemento te li fanno mettere dietro il banco della reception. Il prezzo potrebbe sembrare buono, ma in realtà è proporzionato a ciò che offre la struttura. Le stanze sono carine, non molto grandi e caldissime, per fortuna c'è l'aria condizionata. stato rifatto neanche il letto.

The room was very nice with a really, really nice shower. It was clean and comfortable. There was a palazzo right outside the door. We were on the 4th floor which is where the check in desk is located. Our room was right near the desk so we heard the door buzzing often during the day as well as people talking while checking in. We definitely recommend it as the price was good. If you have a car, call ahead and ask where to park as it’s only 2 Euros.

Tutto sommato la cameraea pulita e comfortevole. Il vero problema è un altro.1) sul vostro portale non èindicato come B&B. 2) il B&Bè in zona pedonale ZTL, e non è indicato.3) I parcheggi non sono disponibili in zona, bisogna parcheggiare dove capita e lontano dal B&B. Ho prenotato colazione inclusa,pensando alla colazio e standard, non continentale, ma standard: yogurth, cereali, the, eventuali cornetti. La colazione è servita dalle 08:00 presso un bar situato a 50 mt. dal B&B (stamane pioveva e mi sono bagnato). Quindi il mio giudizio finale è insufficente. Voi di EXPEDIA dovreste approfondire le offerte dei vari B&B, Hotels etc etc. Sono molto deluso, mi auguro di non vivere più un'esperinza simile, potrei cancella re la mia iscrizione a HOTELS COM GOLD.
