Próximo a estação de trem, afastado do centro, mas com estação de trem e ponto de ônibus próximo não afetou em nada, café da manhã que me atendeu bem, cheguei cedo na acomodação e me deixaram entrar antes do horário de chekin, na recepção tinha café, chá, água com gás e sem gás a disposição, quarto grande e limpo.

Bem localizado!
Hotel simples, bom quarto para dormir e boa ducha pra tomar banho, mas sem luxos, estrutura mínima que atende ao turista que usa o quarto apenas para dormir ao final de um dia de andanças pela Cidade. Tem ótima localização a menos de 10 minutos da estação de trem Zurich HB, próximo dos principais pontos turísticos. Hotel possui uma copinha no térreo com água, café e chá disponíveis gratuitamente. Possui também depósito de bagagens para quem chega mais cedo antes do checkin ou deixa as malas após o checkout antes de deixar a cidade. Refeitório grande para o café da manhã com variedade de itens, muito bom! Funcionária da recepção, da parte da manhã, muito atenciosa, com excelente acolhimento ao turista.

Great stay and location
Better than expected. Clean, good amount of space. Simple room - no Tv. Coffee and water provided. Bedding is very simple. Vegetarian Breakfast included - very tasty. Staff was very friendly. Excellent location. Very easy checkin and checkout. Overall very happy with our stay - we would stay there again.

Location was the best part. I think this hotel was converted from some other use. It was really weird, didn’t seem like a hotel. Got the top floor room and saw earplugs by my bed. Hmmmmm. Turns out at 6am when people are moving around the room is right by the elevator so you hear the motor turning on and off all the time. For Zurich prices and the great location of the place i would stay here.

Another Convenient Hotel Stay
This was my second stay at Hotel Marta, and I received a warm welcome, like a returning guest. Even though the hotel and rooms have only basic facilities, they provide everything you need. The breakfast is simple but healthy and sufficient. Nice reception area and it is very close to the railway station. This hotel is reasonably priced for being in the heart of an expensive city

SELF CHECK IN WRONG CODE
Every thing about this hotel is OK except the self check in We arrived around 2030hrs and was given a code to let ourselves in except the code didn't work .Some other guests let us in to the hotel and we just caught the receptionist as she was going home. She even admitted she got the code wrong. Otherwise I don't know what would have happened. We had travelled from London by train and this is the last thing you want after a tiring journey. I can't see anywhere on the Hotels.com site about self check in

Enjoyed our stay.
The room is small but clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Walking distance from train station, shops, and restaurants. Located in old town. Safe and comfortable. Very good breakfast. Coffee, water, and tea available 24 hours.
