This property has a lot of potential. The individual staff members were nice and very eager to please once we engaged with them. But from the moment we arrived until we left, it was clear that the hotel guests are not priority, as everyone’s main focus seems to be on their onsite restaurant (breakfast was very good!) When there were issues with water, we had to ask for updates. We had to ask for our room to be freshened up after several days. Maybe I’d be less critical if we didn’t pay a pretty high price to stay. We were disappointed.

The property was very nice. Unfortunately we were moved to 3 different rooms over 3 days due to plumbing issues and no hot water.
