The staff are so amazingly sweet. The man who checked me in was super helpful and kind. But the one who was working during my second night was exceptionally amazing! Apologies, I don't recall his name but he wears glasses and has teeth braces. He went above and behond in patiently and enthusiastically helping me find dinner delivery on a very late night back to the hotel due to yandex drivers scamming me for two hours in the night. I couldn't find any viable option for food delivery. I finally gave up the search and called it a night, but a half hour later he surprised me by taking the time out to cut a watermelon and melon and then personally delivering it to my room just so I would have something to eat. God bless him. He was so caring and sweet - please promote this young man. He left such a positive impression of Uzbek people from this very thoughtful gesture! As for improvements to the hotel: please consider livening up the lobby and the hallways upstairs. They were always dark and the lights were off. I've never been to a hotel that has the lights turned off even at night. Not only is that creepy, it also breeds major health and safety security issues. The bathroom had a slight stench to it - like sewage water. But it went away eventually. Towels weren't soft. Otherwise, great everything was great!
