My stay was not good. Initially I had problems at check in, even though the hotel had charged the full amount on my card bill. To check in I had to pay again, thus forcing me to call Hotel.com, which assured me that the first charge would be refunded. The second problem was with the cleaning service. In 10 days, only two people made the beds, I had to ask for the trash and towels. They claimed that they would change the sheets every 3 days, but they were never changed, even though I requested them. The same thing happened with cleaning. Regarding cleaning, we asked for it, but the most they did when they came was to take out the trash. We always had to ask for towels to be changed. In short, it was very problematic from the moment we arrived.
