Very close to the lake water busses and boats in general. Not too fancy but great view and WAY cheaper than the Grand Hotel and a 2 minute walk.

The view for this property was gorgeous, staff were very friendly. My fav thing about this spot was the pool. Umm wasn’t a fan of the bathroom, the tub was very weirdly shaped, water got everywhere when you showered as there were no curtains. I’m 5’7 and I had to crouch, in order to avoid getting water everywhere. Ac wasn’t the best but it was decent, had asked management to help us set it at the highest level. Public transportation was right infront of the hotel, so that was super convenient as there’s no access to taxi or Ubers. There’s also a ferry port right infront. The room itself was a little congested, but it was manageable. We had a patio area connected to our room, so that was really nice.

WiFi was not working for a full day. As a result I was unable to fulfil my duties which resulted in a loss of income. Hotel did not compensate or refund the first day. WiFi was fixed the next day. Pool is open from 10-6pm. Not sure why but I think it’s because the hotel maintenance person sleeps on the top where the pool is.

Very good experience for a 3 star hotel, it felt more like a 4 star. The best part of the stay was the location for a quiet experience of lake como, amazing views and very convenient with the bus stop and ferry pier right outside the hotel. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Bar was always busy and had a good vibe in the evenings, music entertainment some nights too. Mainly older (60 ) guests and mainly British. No pool towels and not allowed to use the room white towels, bring your own or you can buy some thin quick drying towels from reception for 10€ if you want. Pool is very clean and well maintained, no rush for the sunbeds in the morning but do fill up by 10am-11am on a good sunny day. The fine dining restaurant was great, recommend this as a treat. Bring a 3 pin travel adapter, some rooms only have accessible plugs in the bathroom with a usb port next to the bed or some rooms had a normal plug socket next to the bed. Reception also sell travel adapters for 10€ if you don't have the correct one. Italy have 3 different types of plugs you can use. Would definitely come back and recommend to friends.

Loved this place! If you book a room with a lake view, the view is unbelievable and the price is far less than anywhere else on the lake with that kind of view. Super convenient to the ferry and just a few minutes drive to Menaggio. There is public parking that is free at night across the street but it fills up quickly so that can be an issue if you arrive late. Loved the room and great area

Excelente ubicación con vistas increibles
Ubicado frente a la estación de ferry de Tremezzo, cerca de un parque gratuito para entrar al lago, a 5 minutos caminando de la Villa Carlota. El hotel cuenta con desayuno bufete incluido, sin embargo la comida no es italiana, parece estar hecho para un público extranjero, pero cumple su función y puedes desayunar con una vista increible frente al lago. La habitación tiene una vista preciosa y un pequeño balcón con sillas y mesa. El estado de la habitación podría estar mejor, ya que las puertas de la regadera no cerraban bien y el zoclo estaba despegándose de la pared, incluso tuve que matar una especie de cien pies raro que salió de ahí. Fuera de eso el lugar es increible y tiene su propia historia. Lo mejor es que está bien ubicado en un lugar muy tranquilo sin mucho flujo de turistas. Me volvería a hospedar incluso más días.
