Conveniently located!
<5 minute walking distance to the Termini station. Old hotel facilities. Rooms are reasonably clean. No Lobby area, the hotel registration was somewhat difficult to find. The staff were not as friendly as most other 3 star hotels.

Good location, bad breakfast
The location is quite well, but better to download the map before you go. It quite near to the metro and it take around 3 mins. Lot of restaurants along the central street, and you can have a dinner here and the price is reasonable. The bathroom is quite small but it is clean. The only one bad thing is the breakfast, it is not fresh and not tasty. But it is good to have a free coffee in the morning.

Worst hotel I ever stay
1) small room... I have booked the 50sq m room, however I think the actual is less than 10... It's not enough for 2 ppl to stay in with the luggages. 2）all things inside rooms were old and bit dirty. 3)I dun think its a 3star hotel, it dun hv lobby and the lift was horrible, this hotel just has few rooms and it also cost around euro130 per nite....

在意大利住的第一间酒店，给人留下非常好的印象。服务员很友好，早餐算丰盛，离Termini火车站步行5-10分钟，离Republica或Termini地铁站也是5-10分钟。从这里出发可以徒步走遍罗马几乎所有景点，非常理想的暂住地。

AVOID!! Disgusting smells of sewer!
We arrived at the hotel, and were severely let down. The pictures were not what we got, neither was the description of the room what we got. The room stank of sewers, the "bathroom" was down a steep flight of tiled stairs, that had a cheap shower, that had half the button s missing, a treadmill and another exercise machine one. The room was a basement room, so it had windows that were covered in iron bars, that were below street level, so no light or air in the room, and unable to get the smell out, which within an hour then room, made us feel sick. I have travelled all over the world, and travel at least 3 times a year, and this is the only hotel I have had to leave because it was so awful. They have refused to refund the money for the stay, we were only there and hour, but had booked four nights. IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR MONEY TAKEN, WHEN YOU DO NOT GET WHAT YOU THOUGHT YOU WERE, AVOID AND FIND BETTER FOR THE SAME PRICE!!!!!!

Sinceramente, por las fotos, pensé que sería una mejor experiencia, sin embargo la propiedad no tiene lobby, hay que hacer check in en un hotel a una cuadra. El ascensor central es viejo y no funciona. Huele muy raro y la pared del baño estaba salpicada con sangre. La regadera se caía a pedazos.
