The place was filthy and outdated! The wall trim was peeling off in my room, the bathroom was terribly old and gross, the water shot out the bottom and the top at the same time. The air conditioner unit fell off the wall in one of the rooms and the heat did not work in my room. I slept with my window open because the room smelled of mold/mildew. The mattresses were awful and lumpy. The bed spreads were filthy. The mattress "protector" was ripped old and dingy. The entrance smelled like feces as well as the elevator. There was a homeless man walking the halls and the front desk person could not make him leave. We had a cheer team of young High school girls staying at the hotel and we did not feel safe. There was trash in the parking lot and cats trying to get inside. Breakfast!! Hard boiled eggs in a community bowl for people to reach in and take, gross! a Pot of "hot water" as the tore up paper said that was stuck to the pot with tape. No milk. Overall it was a terribly gross stay and I would NEVER stay there again. If I could give this Hotel a 0 I would.

Clean but need another mirror and breakfast on tim
Everything was great. The breakfast was good, BUT we didnt get to enjoy it on outlr second day (Saturday) because she was 30min late setting up. Only other complaint is please get a second mirror in rooms. When mire than one person need to get ready for the day only having ONE mirror INSIDE the bathroom is nit conducive.

A decent hotel.
It was hard to find parking late at night. Breakfast was basic and showed the wear of an older building. It was across the street from the fairgrounds.

Beds were not comfy hard, need to have more of a selection on breakfast we were staying 4 nights and got tired of biscuits and gray and waffles if ur gonna have coffee have some creamer with it,it was awful they have a vending machine with a sign that says sometimes it works and some times it doesn’t they didn’t put that there before I lost my money and then after and said they aren’t responsible for it so I would definitely take ur own water and sodas the pool was amazing ,the service was polite got us in early

This place went downhill
Our room smelled like mold. The carpets were damp. They had a bag in the room that was supposed to be changed when it was full of water from being so damp. We asked repeatedly they never changed it. I asked that the room be cleaned they said they did not have enough help. I was there 4 nights. Breakfast was awful. This hotel has went so far down hill in the past year I will not stay here again. The only advantage is it’s close to the fairgrounds but the staff does not care about customer service

Desk staff had a bad attitude no towels in the pool area and pool was very cold. Room was clean beds were comfortable breakfast however was very disappointing the gravy was cold the biscuits were cold the waffle iron the waffle cooked on the outside but was still gooey on the inside needs to be replaced the first day they didn't even turn it on I turned it on myself and had to wait for it to warm up the muffins however were terrific nice and moist the hotel itself was clean and quiet easy to sleep TV had plenty of choices of things to watch overall it would have been a very nice place if the pool wouldn't have been freezing there'd been some towels in the pool area and the front desk staff would have been polite instead of rude and acted like it was an inconvenience that I asked for a receipt upon check out one of my keys didn't work the hotel itself was very nice and comfy though and I felt safe I even slept with my window cracked open overall it's a good place just the staff and the food need to have some adjustments
