Most relaxing stay!
1. Great location, love the access to the beautiful beach, we saw one of the most glorious sunsets we have ever seen. Access to the restaurants and downtown, love the vibe, food and atmosphere.
2. Great swimming pool, especially the shallow one for little kid, our kid played there for hours. Between playing on beach and in pool he spent days and wouldn’t want to leave.
3. Big spacious rooms, comfy beds, nothing fancy yet so relaxing.
4. Last but not the least the staff. Everyone was so nice and stress free, starting with the manager Mauricio who greeted us with a huge smile and vibes of relaxation. After that everyone we interacted with, be it Guillermo or Pepe at front desk who always had a smile on their face, juileta and Gonzalez at the restaurant who customized dishes to our choices, Martha, Adrianna and Sandra who helped ensure smooth checkout and many others whose names I may not remember (I apologize) but every time you run into staff, you will never get a vibe of stress or frustration but rather a warm welcoming smile. And a lot of it is attributed to Mauricio who leads with great example!
5. Lastly we casually asked if we could do a late checkout, they unfortunately had another reservation for our room, but they took their hospitality to another level by providing us another room and letting us use it until however long we desired. We needed it only for couple extra hours but their willingness to let us have it until much later in day just speaks to their hospitalit
