La habitación es muy práctica, cómoda y tienes acceso a muchos lugares de restaurantes, hospitales, negocios, etc.... Lo único es que se encuentra en una de las avenidas más transitadas y el ruido exterior puede ser un tema a ciertas horas.

Buena habitación pésimo servicio
No recibí el link para hacer el check in por parte de ULIV ya que en la aplicación se proporciona el código de acceso. La segunda noche al llegar al edificio no nos abrían la puerta para ingresar. Tocamos el timbre por más de 15 minutos y la joven de seguridad no respondía porque estaba dormida.

I love how close the museums are to the hotel. It is a beautiful space—very modern. The front desk folks are very friendly, too. Be sure to check out the rooftop terrace! The room was just fabulous—lots of space. The bed is on the firm side, but the lovely soft cotton bedding made it comfortable. My only suggestion is to add more bath towels. We asked for two extra towels as there were only two towels for two people for 4 nights/5 days. We would return here in a heartbeat!

An overall great stay in Polanco
Excellent location of convenience & safety that you may walk around all major shopping areas nearby safely. Spacious room with clean kitchen & most kitchenware. A great deal except that: 1)early check-in is not easy and with charge; 2)there is no hotel receipt for any charge in facitlity such as early/late check out fees
