Good service
Enzo was extremely patient and helpful in addressing all our questions relating to transport in the city and our travel to other cities. We were ignorant about the mode of transport to Matera and Alberobelli, which are far away from Napoli and have absolutely nothing to do with his business, and he was so conscientious and sincere in his explication by even printing out train schedules for us to adjust our travel plans. Hia dinner suggestions were also wonderful.

Excelente estadia!
Excelente estadia. O hotel é bem localizado, seguro e próximo dos pontos turísticos do centro histórico. O estacionamento é terceirizado. Localizado próximo a estação central ferroviária de Nápolis e 2 estações de metro. Fica a 1 quarteirão da Corso Humberto, com várias lojas, cafés e restaurante. Também fica próximo da Pizzaria História Da Michelle. O café da manhã não é muito variado mas tudo muito gostoso. Nosso quarto foi confortável e com sacada para a rua. Os funcionários do restaurante e da recepção são educados e simpáticos e nos deram dicas de passeios e restaurantes, inclusive reservando tour para Herculano e Pompéia, especialmente o Francesco que nos recebia sempre com sorriso e cordialidade. Recomendo.

Dit hotel, op een perfecte lokatie in het centrum van de stad is een aanrader. Het welkom van de receptie is geweldig, de kamers en het ontbijt zijn top, en als je de deur uit loopt dan ben je in het centrum en op loopafstand van de station. Ga je naar Napels, dan is dit hotel een zeer goede keuze!

Just stayed one night before heading to the airport early in the morning. We had a great experience, the staff was amazing and couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. They coordinated a cab ride to the airport the night before, set aside a small breakfast for us, and gave some great restaurant recommendations for dinner. Theg greeted us at the door when we got dropped off and made us feel comfortable right away. Cannot say enough good things about them. I was a bit nervous since some reviews said the area was not safe but we did not feel that way at all. Steps away from a main road and very walkable to dining/touristy areas. Totally fine granted we were not out late at night. Room was a bit weird as the shower was in the bedroom but no biggie. The room was clean and well maintained and AC worked well. Thanks again to the wonderful staff. Would recommend this hotel!

Unsafe Area Do Not Stay here
We stayed 1 hour and are still waiting on our request for a refund. Hotel was in a very dangerous location. Very unsafe. Cab driver didn’t even want to drop us off. Cannot be out past 6:00 pm or risk a mugging. Very disappointed.

Overall, great hotel. Awesome room with huge bathroom and shower. Excellent, helpful staff. Only complaint is that the wifi was pretty lousy. Poor / no connection in our room.

Excellent location just off the main street. Nice and quiet, very smart and welcoming, lots of eating places nearby. 5 minute walk from bus, train and metro stops. Excellent breakfast included. It's just the best place to stay in Naples.

Great boutique hotel, central and quiet
Great boutique hotel in a central location and also near the main train station. Hidden from the main noisy streets but very central. Excellent service, the staff is very polite and professional. Clean and spacious rooms. Recommended

We had a phenomenal stay at Hotel San Pietro. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Our room was pristine and the areas inside the hotel are lovely. The breakfast was especially impressive. The one drawback is that the streets immediately surrounding the hotel are quite gritty and rough. This has nothing to do with the hotel but coming to and from the hotel was undesirable. Once you are in the hotel, everything is beautiful and safe.
