We took overnight bus to estacion de autobuses plaza de armas and arrived at 6:30am. With the 24h reception, we managed to drop off our luggages and check with the reception if there was any luck to have the early check in. Luckily, a balcony room was available at that time. We just needed to pay some more for upgrading the room then we can check in earlier for 8 hours than the original schedule. Of course a YES from us! We took shower and had a power nap to recharge ourselves for the upcoming itinerary. The reception staff Javier was so helpful and saved our lives! Yet, a point to note that the room was actually with ants everywhere and didn’t know where was the origin. Hope the cleanness can be improved. The breakfast buffet was in great variety. I will recommend the hotel to all the travelers especially whose come by bus! Such a convenient location.

Hotel is next to Bus station. It’s very convenient to go here and there. Hotel buffet breakfast is so delicious and have many choices. Room is big and clean, even our room faces to main road, we don’t feel noisy.

New renovated and good location
Staff were friendly, used eco-friendly package for the water/ toiletries and they smell good too! The location is just across the big bus terminus - Plaza de Armas. We had great stay and will definitely recommend to you.

Hotel é um charme!
O hotel é muito bom, com café da manhã espetacular e ótimo atendimento. O único problema é o barulho, já que está localizado em uma área com muitas pessoas caminhando em direção ao centro. Se você busca sossego, este hotel pode não ser a melhor opção. Além disso, as funcionárias se reuniram abaixo da minha janela para fumar e conversar, o que poderia ser feito em um local adequado.

Great for quick stay, 15 min walk from Cathedral
Nice hotel. A bit of a walk from the areas we most wanted to visit - but the room was clean, large enough and had nice products. Seemed newer. It took about 15 minutes to get to the center. Also, reading previous reviews we requested a room that was not facing the street to limit noise and the hotel accomdated us with an interior room.

Hôtel sympa
Hôtel bien situé si vous venez en voiture (il y a un parking public en face et vous êtes à 15 min à pied des principaux monuments). Nous avons été bien accueillis. Nous avons été globalement satisfaits mais quelques détails font que nous n’avons pas trouvé l’expérience exceptionnelle : Même si la chambre était confortable, nous avons trouvé le prix de la chambre élevé pour les prestations et une réservation de dernière minute. L’isolation phonique de la chambre avec le couloir n’était pas terrible. Et par chance, nous n’avions pas une chambre donnant sur la rue. Notre lit grinçait dès qu’on bougeait ce qui était désagréable. D’un point de vue eco-responsabilité, nous trouvons dommage que les serviettes soient changées tous les jours alors que nous n’en faisions pas la demande. Le petit-déjeuner était bon et copieux mais le personnel semblait dépasser pour débarrasser les tables rapidement et la vaisselle n’était pas très propre.

Only negative was as we were leaving to get our taxi to the airport the lift broke down with us in it! When we got out (not long) no apology or mention of it from the staff when we checked out The hotel was very convenient as we’d arrived by bus from Portugal having had our flights home cancelled so travelled to Seville for a flight home then a reasonable taxi ride to the airport

Es un hotel antiguo, las habitaciones son pequeñas, en general estaba limpia la habitación, con lo necesari. Estuvo antes de la hora del check in, está cerca al Guadalquivir pero no tan cerca al centro centro!. Si te gusta caminar son caminatas de 15-20’ para los lugares más turísticos en el centro que con el sol se vuelven eternas .

A perfect hotel in the city centre
I cannot think of a negative aspect of the hotel. The hotel is in the city centre around 10 minutes to Duque and opposite estacion de Armas. Every single member of staff were very helpful and cheery. My room was the superior room, which was of a good size and the bathroom was roomy as well. The bed was very comfortable and the room and hotel were very clean.
