The hotel was beautiful, smells clean and inviting. There only downside is the far walk to Swissotel from the front entrance.

Once I stepped out of my private airport pick up, it took 20 mins to have a wheelchair. There’s no waiting area for a disabled guest. My flight was so long and I cannot stand. I have a triwalker with limited seating capacity. Then there’s the need for an ID even for just delivery to my room. I told them it doesn’t make sense.
So it took another 10 mins and was miserably sitting on my walker.
When I went to the lobby, the person who checked me seemed nice even thoughI was already irate with the wheelchair and ID issues. I wrote in advance that I needed a room near elevator. She claimed that it’s available and close to elevator. I was placed 5 rooms away from the elevator, and that was not acceptable and when I got down, I was really maxed out with patience. She was not even apologetic and didn’t seem to care if I had to walk . She didn’t explain that closest room to elevator is not acceptable.
Duty manager intervened and provided a good room.
Elijah and Erwin from concierge were really helpful picking me up and taking me to the dining area and upon exit.
It’s hard enough to travel with disability and medical issues but staff with no remorse when they make mistakes should be evaluated. They are not service oriented. It doesn’t matter if they’re being trained, service oriented people do not treat disabled guests that way.
Swissotel, being a 5 star hotel should treat guests well and if they keep on hiring someone like Joanne, it’s lesser than 2 stars. Markt crew were great.

Cleanliness! Wonderful housekeeping staff. The guy on the pool area that handling towel is rude, I was trying to talk to him to get towels he kept insisting talking to my husband and ignoring me. He might thought I was one of the girls working in a you know what I mean. Tell your staff to not degrading people (women)that works to try to make a living for their family. I did not get his name. When we we're checking out we asked the receptionist if they can send someone to help us with our luggage we waited 30 minutes nobody shows up. That was disappointing. Kitchen staff was very nice and food is good.

리뉴얼로 시설 청결하고 보안도 훌륭했고, 직원들 친절했습니다! 하지만 3박 중에 공사로 2일 동안 온수가 나오지 않음
