Nice Stay at Mount Ararat
Hotel Mount Ararat is a nice hotel, conveniently located near Sultan Ahmet and all the tourist spots therein. The Kupkapi bus and tram stops are within 5 minutes walking distance. The rooms are very clean and staffs are well behaved. The arranged an airport transfer on payment for us as well.

It’s alright.
Mediocre hotel. Nothing special about it. Breakfast was good. The bed made me itch a bit but not sure if it because of the perfumes the hotel use. Close to the metro station. Terrace was closed when we were visiting. No elevator present. It’s doable if you manage to get a low price.

Excelente 😁, foi um hotel que com certeza voltando para Istambul , me hospedarem novamente. Ficamos 3 noites e depois de 5 dias voltamos ficar mais 8 dias. Mert, Yusuf e Benjamim são as pessoas incríveis do hotel , muitos solícitos te ajudam muito com passeios, táxi e tudo mais.

Die Zimmer waren sauber und konfortabel. Klein aber fein wäre ein passender Ausdruck. Vor dem hotel fährt ein zug mit dem man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichen kann. Die Hagia Sophia und die blaue moschee sind fußläufig in zehn Minuten erreichbar. Mankos sind die Abgelegnheit des Hotels und das Frühstück. Beim frühstück gab es keine große Auswahl, womit man aber leben konnte. Das Personal war nett. Zimmer waren sauber.

We had two standard double rooms booked, and upon arrival on the first night we were told that we have to stay in twin rooms as there is no double rooms available for that night even though it was pre-booked and the rest of the nights would be normal, so our first morning we had to rush and pack everything up again and wait for our originally booked rooms to be done which delayed us from leaving for our activities. One of the rooms had an unpleasant smell, and breakfast range was very limited so we only had breakfast for one morning out of the 5. Shower curtain is pretty small and kind of useless as a considerable amount of water still managed to spill onto the bathroom floor. Staff were decent and kind but on the last day we faced an inconvenience where the toilet flush had suddenly stopped working in my parents room and my mum has incontinence issues, when this was raised to the staff, they said there was nothing they could do except that theres a toilet downstairs which wasn't very helpful and uncomfortable as they couldn’t easily access the toilets when needed and due to the lack of privacy, this led to them resorting to use my room's toilet, luckily this was only the last night otherwise it would’ve been extremely difficult for both my parents and my husband and I. Also to note we could often smell cigarettes.

ホテルのスタッフはフレンドリーでコミュニケーションしやすかったです。 泊まってた部屋が雨漏りしてましたが、次の日には部屋を変えてくれました。 観光地、駅まで近くアクセスは良かったと思います。
