The property was good in that the pool and water view were nice. But the inside of the rooms smelled strongly of mold/mildew. The showers were massively underpowered and not cleaned much, just the floors and walls, rather than the actual shower head. The toilet didnt flush properly at all, I got lucky to get anything to actually flush twice out of five days of regular use.
The overall care to the doors and furniture is okay, the frame of the main door to the hotel room shifted out of place if you pulled on the door, but not quite to the point where it broke open. There was also a random door that looked like it had been pried open before, but it was locked and I could not know what was behind it.
Finally, when arriving, we were sent to a room right next to the lobby and front door, which had two beds instead of the one bed we asked for, and it wasn't cleaned yet at all. Beer cans and bottles were strewn about and the beds hadn't been made at all. They did respond quickly with that but the service man didn't even say anything about it, he just walked in, looked at it, clicked his tongue in disappointment, and led us to another room that was suitable. Didn't mention anything about it like apologizing once.
Otherwise the response from everyone in the building was proper and cordial. It seemed the service for our room to replenish everything was on an every other day basis as well. Wasn't a big deal for us, but just a good detail.
