Me hospedar nesse hotel foi uma das piores experiências que já tive como viajante, e eu viajo muito e me hospedo em dezenas de hoteis todos os anos. Esse será meu primeiro review negativo de um hotel na vida! Primeiramente, fomos enganados pelo próprio hotel, que no ato da reserva nos informou que o transporte do aeroporto até lá custava 80 dólares, porém no momento em que reservamos o transporte o preço subiu para 126 dólares sem qualquer explicação! Ficamos sabendo depois que o valor cobrado pelos motoristas é de 60 dólares, de maneira que o hotel nos cobrou mais que o dobro, mesmo tendo anunciado outro preço no ato da reserva!! Por que um hotel cobraria de seus hóspedes mais que o dobro do valor justo? Isso é muito desonesto e me pareceu algum tipo de esquema. Além disso, o quarto container era um forno, completamente insalubre, e a camareira após limpá-lo deixou o ar condicionado desligado...quando voltamos todas as nossas comidas e cosméticos simplesmente derreteram...o chão estava tão quente que não dava pra pisar! Não bastasse tudo isso, não conseguimos dormir na noite de sábado pra domingo pq teve uma briga generalizada no hotel....pessoas gritando, batendo nas paredes, muito barulho, discussões e choro...e simplesmente ninguem do hotel fez nada porque não fica ninguém la de madrugada! Tememos muito pela nossa segurança! O único ponto positivo do hotel é a localização e a estrutura. Os funcionários não são proativos e parecem completamente perdidos e desinteressados!

Great location, not comfortable stay.
Overall it was OK not great. Location was excellent with a beautiful view. The hotel is new but not most comfortable. Beds were too hard, shower water has low pressure and slow drainage. We had 2 rooms, one had coffee maker the other did not. Parking lot was very small and tight to park cars.

The hotel has a lot of potential, but it seems to fall short in several aspects. For starters, the food is not all that good and there no other restaurants in walking distance. And on our first night there, we were left without any hot water in our room. The hotel itself seems like some things were made cheaply or left somewhat incomplete or weren't thought out. The pool outside our room had no steps to get in our out of—a bit hard with a not-so-agile mother. That being said, the views are amazing.

Where to start! First of you have to pay to get one point from top to bottom to be transported in golf club $ 15.00 each way. Secondly no telphone inside the contact anyone or front desk or housekeeper. Their was no elevator only climbing the rocks path for your luggage. Did not offer free breakfast as stated. When you open the sliding doors to step out the patio it reeks of water of the ac. I told the front desk they said that was new news and they would have Maintenace check it out. 3 days past.

I had mixed feelings about staying here after booking this property based on varied reviews. What is hard to tell from the Orbitz listing is This is actually two properties - it is a large resort. The photos you see in Orbitz are the Lakeside accommodations, with the main resort up on the hill. This was not obvious to us as we were driving and the directions take you to the Lakeside hotel however, once we were checked in in the larger resort, we were able to walk around and go between both locations. the accommodations were wonderful, although a bit noisy. You could hear everything in the hallway at night due to the concrete floor and thin doors. We went down to the pool by the Lakeside, which was really nice and gives a wonderful view of the lake. We only spent one night and we’re not able to partake in any of the activities there, but definitely a beautiful property.

I booked this hotel expecting a comfortable and enjoyable stay, but unfortunately, my experience has been quite the opposite. I feel that I have been misled by the hotel's positive reviews and am extremely disappointed with the current state of the property.

I stayed at the Suite and ofcourse the view is excellent. I can only say that the room needs maintenance. I think the blind curtains need to be changed. Some of them have holes, others ripped. Bathroom closets have mold. There is allways a weird smell. For the price it should atleast include a breakfast. The pool is ok, it's private so it was good. Over all I think they should consider changing some things in the room, like I said the view is amazing
