The food was excellent, service excellent, spa amazing .. the only complaint we had was the consistency with housekeeping.. the room was cleaned daily but when they take your towels .. they dont re-stock.. Front desk staff inconsistent with communications.. nobody sent the message to get our bags .. had to recheck with conciege after wating 1/2 hr after our 1230 pm appt. for the bell boy to come

We loved our stay. Beautiful place, fantastic staff, food and drink amazing. Room spacious and very comfortable. The range of pools were great If you're after a beach holiday this is not the one for you as the beach has mainly been washed about but you can enjoy chilling by the sea. We would definitely reutn.

Property was very clean and nice. Staff were very attentive, would like to thank Alex one of the servers from Kampai, for making our lunches memorable. However, the beach was lacking and the app they used for booking restaurants was unreliable. Lastly, the resort comes with free airport transport, visit to the cenote or catamaran but this was never communicated to us until it was too late to book. However, overall great experience and would definitely come back again.

We didn’t like the food options. Dinner is reservation only! Room service food is good but no beverage options. Minibar & towels were not restocked daily. Breakfast buffet did not have many options & there is no beach meaning you CANNOT swim in the ocean. Pools need some maintenance. And be prepared for them to try & sell you a membership. We were approached multiple times in 4 days

Our first room was extremely run down. Phone was falling off the wall, shower leaked through the wall into the rest of the bathroom, sliding door detached from the wall. We were able to move day 2 to a newer building which was nice. We stopped to talk to a concierge about our VIP status and they had no idea what we were talking about. Dismissed us and said there was no beach club, no spa credit, even after showing my confirmation.

Eine sehr große, in drei Teilbereiche aufgeteilte Anlage. Viele Restaurants, am Abend aber nur mit Reservierung möglich. Größtenteils sehr hohe Qualität, dabei aber manchmal doch sehr kleine Portionen. Aktuell kein wirklicher Strandbereich! Leider wurde dieser mehrmals durch Hurrikans zerstört. Ebenfalls dadurch wurden auch riesige Betonblöcke (die weiter draußen als Wellenbrecher eingesetzt wurden) bis in den Strandbereich angespüllt. Dieser Anblick trübt doch etwas das Stranderlebnis. Sehr, sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer durchaus qualitativ, tlw. nicht mehr ganz modern. Insgesamt durchaus eine Empfehlung wert.

The dinners were very good. The bands Blackcow and Circus Rock were very good. The included shuttle service to and from airport eas very good. I did not like the beach. It was very rocky with little area of sand and shade. The concrete bunkers to protect the beach were the whole length and very ugly to look at. There were many areas of the resort that were generally run down.

I had never felt that discriminated. The workers ingore you if you speak spanish even you are in Mexico. The tvs dont have internet connection, they said they are not smart tvs.
