Another nice adventure at one of the Barut Hotels.
Special thanks to Guest Relationships Manager - Mr. Vural SÖNMEZ, and Chief of Restaurants- Mr. Mehmet and Front Desk - Miss. Ümmü, they are the people let us another booking for Barut Hemera Hotel for our next trip.
Except for the items below, everything was nice.
Reason of these written items, in order to upgrade the service quality with prospective way.
1-) Wall mounted type A/C, which was working noisy,
2-) Housekeeping for room cleaning was not done properly and on time,
3-) The signal quality of wi-fi was week and,
4-) Fire show at Live Music area was not been thought well, because it caused strong smoke at the air which can create extra sickness especially for astyma patient, and allergies at eyes who has eyes sensitiveness.
Thanks to well educated staff of Barut Group.
