The hotel is spotless and the staff are so friendly and amazing. We loved our room (1535) and we had an early check in which was appreciated.
We ate in the hotel and although expensive the food was perfect.
Our only complaint was that an event was held on the Thursday evening, the pool was closed at 8pm (usually open till 10) and we felt that the residents were not given the attention we had previously received. We ordered room service and the food was below standard, we left half of it. We had no notice of the event and the loud music went on until 1am keeping us awake.
The only other touches we would have liked is a heated towel rail for drying swimwear. In checkout we checked our bill and found charges that weren't ours on it, they were removed straight away but make sure you check as ours totalled $200 for breakfasts for a family. There is also building works over the road which we weren't informed of. Overall it's a lovely hotel but let down by communication and when they have events on.

Nach Renovierung moderner aber immer noch traditionell. Fast alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Preislich selbst für Singapur eine challenge (Pool Verpflegung usw.. aber der Blick auf das sands und die Marina ist immer noch unübertroffen
