Poor Experience
Showed up at about 11pm after a long day of travel. Upon arrival, my reservation could not be found. Turns out a staff member had given my pre-paid room to another patron and even changed the credit card on the booking. Not sure how this even happened. Had to go to the front desk multiple times to sort out until late in the evening, which was awful, as I was staying one night as a layover with two small children. Property was not in great condition. I would recommend going elsewhere.

nice hotel to stay for 1 night if you have arrive late or are leaving early from MCO. It's pretty outdated but the beds were nice and a short drive from the airport. But you could hear the planes landing..

The issue was the AC unit didn't work and the toilet ran continuously until you played with the handle. We didn't realize this until we got back late and had to get up at 330am for an early flight. We didn't go to the counter since we had showered and figured it all out and didn't want to have to repack and move.

free hotel airport shuttle unavailable after 9PM
Per the front desk, the hotel's free airport shuttle stops at 9PM - unacceptable for a hotel servicing a major international airport like Orlando and a deal breaker for us staying there again. We just missed the "cut off" and it was an expensive ride to get over there. Otherwise the hotel was adequate for a night and front desk staff were professional and pleasant.

If you can get past the smell, then it's okay.
The receptionist provided exceptional service and a warm welcome, granting us early access to our room. However, concerns exist regarding the overall cleanliness and condition of the hotel. The room had a musty odor upon entry, and the stained carpeting could benefit from replacement with vinyl flooring to enhance the property's value. The bathroom also had a cockroach-like odor, although no insects were observed; this may be attributable to cleaning materials. Positively, the room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Our stay was solely for overnight accommodation prior to our flight. While adequate, the hotel would benefit from renovations.

Great for Overnight Stay Near Airport
Just an overnight stay after a long vacation at Disney World. Perfectly fine for a cheap convenient option near the airport for this purpose. Room was clean and well maintained. We didn't use many amenities. The shuttle bus to the airport was great!
