This hotel was by far the worst hotel I have ever experienced in my life. Upon arriving at the hotel no staff were to be found, the lobby looked dirty and unwelcoming and there was an odour in the air. We waited around 15 minutes for someone to show up. The first room we were given was awful - outdated, looked nothing like the photos, stains on the floor, stains on all the bedding, a horrible smell in the room, bedding and pillows smelled like urine, bathroom was atrocious. We asked to be given a different room and the hotel staff agreed. Second room looked better and was clearly renovated - upon further inspection the bedding was also dirty and stained, bathroom was unclean, floors were dirty, and the door didn’t lock properly. We did not feel safe staying in the hotel with our two young children, after 10 minutes we left and found a different hotel to stay in. This will be the last time we book a hotel without reading reviews. After reading multiple reviews, I do not understand how this hotel is allowed to remain in business - would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
