Love the hotel, but cannot for the life of me understand why there is not one area in the first floor where there is not music playing. Working, having conversations et cetera is challenging. Would recommend to kill the music at least in some of the areas. That said, I will return :)

Hôtel bien placé. Élégant. Chambre cosy, propre mais peut être un peu trop mode tiny. Petit déjeuner complet et qui permet de tenir une bonne partie de la journée dans les rues de Londres. Personnel au rdv. Un bémol au niveau de la taxe type tips à verser au départ déduite du deposit.

Our stay here was wonderful. When we checked in they upgraded us to a very nice room overlooking the garden with a sitting area and desk. The furnishings are real quality, the bathrooms are first class. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. I would stay here again in a minute!! Very high quality for a reasonable price and a 2 minute walk to Earls Court tube. The Piccadilly line will take you to most places you want to see. To the Templeton Gardens…thank you for a memorable and fantastic stay!

Fantastisk ophold!

Jeg havde et rigtig dejligt ophold på hotellet! Værelset var rent, pænt og komfortabelt, og personalet var utroligt imødekommende og hjælpsomme under hele mit besøg. Baren havde en skøn atmosfære og serverede lækre drinks, og morgenmaden var både frisk, varieret og virkelig velsmagende. Jeg kan varmt anbefale dette hotel – jeg kommer helt sikkert igen!

There was a mix up with the breakfast, the app booking said it included free breakfast but that’s not the policy at the hotel. Hotel staff were fantastic and honoured the app booking claim of free breakfast. They would appreciate either contact or an update to the online details.
