New Year's disaster
We booked for the New Year's event at this location about 2 weeks prior to event. A week before event they wrote to us to confirm, guaranteeing they could accommodate us (we are vegetarian). The event was a horrible experience for us! They didn't have our dinner ready, we sat there and watched as the other people on our table ate, they were practically done when the waiter asked what they could cook for us. They kept getting our drink orders wrong. Totally ruined our New Year's Eve, service was just horrible! The rooms are super standard, coffee maker didn't work, do not expect luxury or great service at this hotel. Nobody seemed to know what they were doing, totally NOT an upscale hotel!
