The room was nasty/ dirty with mold in the bathroom. The remote was taped and didn’t work. The microwave should have tossed out due to be rusted and dirty. There were brown spots on the bathroom door. The floor was dirty. Dirty dresser drawers. Overall one star, strongly would not recommend.

What was the mystery stain

So. The lobby was fair..everything seemed fine until we got to the room. It reeked of weed..there was a mystery stain on the bed..the toilet paper holder broke from a touch..the mini fridge didnt work. Also the ac had to be cleaned before it worked. The chair was sticky...and the washing machine looked like it was beat with a sledge hammer. Mystery grit on the floor. No hangers in closet. Too scared to check the microwave.slept on top of blankets instead of in them.

There were roaches in my hotel room I immediately left to find manager who was not available. I made the request to Expedia for a refund. I am currently waiting until Monday to speak with the manager. I will be submitting photos to corporate taking legal action.

Its close to my job with reasonable rates for their rooms, they could update and still charge the same, broken fixtures, chairs with who knows what type of stains. They are pet friendly.

When we arrived on website it shows a pool the pool has poured cement in it now. So no pool. We asked for a smoking room they don't have ashtrays. Once entered the room we noticed no tissue. Only 2 wash cloth and 2 towels. It has sofa chair which need to be throwed away immediately. I've stayed here before pool never was opened. But this room was horrible.

Save your money

The staff was nice, but that was really the only positive. The rooms were dirty. Bed sheets were stained. There were only two towels. The “free breakfast” consisted of literally two pieces of toast and dry cereal without milk. The coffee and juice maker were out of order. Just a little more effort would make this hotel much nicer!!

Great Staff; Terrible rooms and lots of Roaches

Great staff and extremely friendly. But as soon as my wife and I entered the room there was a grungy type of feeling. Smelt like smoke in a non smoking room, ceilings were sagging where you could see the dry wall tape. Roaches. I understand every where has them but when I kill one and start finding other around within seconds it’s time to go. If you value your personal items and don’t want to take bugs home do not stay here. The front desk lady was extremely professional and willing to help. She gave me my refund no problem and was super apologetic.
